The Global Spine Congress
Welcome to the fourth edition of AOSpines annual meeting, the Global Spine Congress. This meeting has established itself as a unique academic environment - a truly international platform giving its participants the opportunity to interact and explore the future innovations that will guide the direction that the specialty will take in the years ahead. Open to all surgeons, spine practitioners, allied health professionals and researchers, the Global Spine Congress will provide you with an excellent opportunity to share major developments, novel ideas and unprecedented progress in this area.
During the packed three days of the congress there will be more than 60 scientific paper sessions, more than 400 abstracts scheduled to be presented as oral presentations and more than 200 e-posters; covering the main spine topics with original podium presentations.
Since AOSpine launched the biannual GSC in San Francisco in 2009 the paper submission rate and number of participants and speakers has grown rapidly from 320 to 1,000. The GSC is organized annually from 2015 onwards and GSC 2016 will held in Dubai.
